Rapid Prototype and Engineering

Based in Cambridge, Ultra Manufacturing Services provides small and medium volume mixed batch assembly services as well as rapid prototype assembly of PCB and System assemblies using consigned and procured material. The plant also offers a range of manufacturing engineering and test engineering services.

PCB Assembly

Covering conventional through-hole and surface-mount technologies, Ultra CEMS offers a wide range of stable assembly processes for all current component packages, including beam lead diodes, 0201's, CSP/micro BGA's and 544 ball BGA's.

System Assembly

From the beginning Ultra Cems has provided a full system assembly service for products of all shapes and sizes including hand held terminals, chassis and 19” cabinets, supplied fully tested and configured.

Microelectronics Design & Fabrication
